Privacy Policy

NOMOSPRIME ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and your rights regarding your data. It applies to the NOMOSPRIME mobile app (iOS) and website at nomosprime.com.

1. Data Controller and Processors

NOMOSPRIME is the data controller responsible for your personal data. When we use third-party services to operate the app, those providers act as data processors under our instructions. We use Supabase (for optional cloud sync and authentication) and Apple (Sign in with Apple, StoreKit) as processors.

2. Data We Collect

NOMOSPRIME collects the following data, which you provide during onboarding or through app use:

Identity: Full name, role, birth date, optional birth time and birth city
Preferences: Risk behavior, execution constraints, decision load (1–20 per week)
Account: Apple user ID from Sign in with Apple, stored securely in the device Keychain (iOS) or via Supabase Auth (when cloud sync is enabled)
Content: Decisions, plans, routines, weekly reports, pattern insights, strategic presence, financial runway data
Profile: Sun sign, element, modality, archetype (derived for personalization)

3. How We Collect Data

Sign in with Apple: We receive only your Apple user ID; we do not request your email or name from Apple unless you choose to share them
Onboarding: Context, birth data, risk behavior, constraints, decision load
App use: Decisions, plans, morning routine completions, weekly reports
Optional: Calendar access for timing suggestions; Notifications for reminders; Reminders access for due-date reminders

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to:

Personalize your experience (Strategic Advisor, insights, archetype-based guidance)
Power app features (decisions, plans, routines, reports, pattern review)
Provide Focus Modes, Streaks, Trend Analytics, and Data Export (Pro)

We do not use your data for advertising, analytics tracking, or marketing. We do not sell or share your data with data brokers.

5. Data Storage and Location

iOS app without cloud sync: All data is stored on your device using SwiftData. Your Apple user ID is stored in the device Keychain. We do not transmit your personal data to our servers or any third party.

iOS app with Supabase / Web app: When Supabase is configured, your data is synced to Supabase's hosted infrastructure for cross-device sync. Supabase acts as a data processor under our instructions. Data may be stored in the United States or European Union depending on Supabase's configuration.

Web app: When you use the website, data may be stored in your browser (localStorage) or on Supabase servers when authenticated.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Sign in with Apple: Authentication; we receive only your Apple user ID
StoreKit (Apple): In-app subscription payments
Supabase: Optional cloud sync and authentication (when configured)
Apple Calendar, Reminders, Notifications: Only if you grant permission; used for timing suggestions and reminders

We do not share your data with analytics providers, advertising networks, or data brokers.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device and/or our systems until you remove it.

Sign out: Tap "Sign Out" in Settings. This clears your Apple user ID from the Keychain and ends your Supabase session. Local app data may remain until you delete the app.
Delete the app: Uninstalling NOMOSPRIME removes all app data from your device.
Delete account: You may request account and data deletion by contacting us. We will delete your data from our systems within 30 days. (Account deletion within the app will be available in a future update.)

You may revoke consent at any time by signing out and deleting the app, or by contacting us to request deletion.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of your personal data
Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
Deletion: Request deletion of your data
Data portability: Receive your data in a portable format (Pro users can export via Data Export)
Opt-out: Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
Complaint: Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (e.g., in the EU under GDPR)

9. International Data Transfers

If you are outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries where our processors operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.

10. Children

NOMOSPRIME is not intended for users under 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

11. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure storage of credentials in the iOS Keychain, and Supabase's security practices when cloud sync is used. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Pro and Data Export

Pro subscribers can export their data (CSV or JSON) via the Data Export feature. Exported data includes profile, decisions, plans, reports, and routine completions. Export is performed locally; we do not receive or store exported data.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of NOMOSPRIME after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
